WATER, WATER - ALMOST EVERYWHERE. Like all area rivers, the St. Francis River at Co. Rd. 9 was flowing at full speed Thursday - and overflowing its banks. But, continuing dry conditions from the sky are aiding the prevention of servious flooding in the area. Perhaps another week or two and things can start drying out. (Photo by Gary W. Meyer)
